An Example

Leaking steam trap (DN 15, 6 bar) causes leak rate of 20 kg/h.
Steam production costs: EUR 35/ton, Operating hours: 8400h/year
This single leak causes annual costs of approx. 6,000 EUR/year.

With the help of temperature and ultrasound measurements, malfunctions of steam traps in your system are effectively detected. At the moment you still need your own temperature measuring device.
